Serves on a team of Cultural Center Coordinators, organizes and facilitates the development and ongoing operation of the Social Justice, Equity, & Inclusion Center. Develops, implements, and evaluates inclusion and retention efforts focused on traditionally underrepresented and underserved student populations at the California State University Channel Islands (CI) campus.
Financial Aid Systems and Data Analyst Regular
Responsible for a variety of technical work related to the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of financial aid data; evaluate, update, and improve financial aid systems and processes to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations; assist with ensuring the efficient delivery of financial aid funds to students.
Budget Analyst Regular
Provides complex financial analysis, research, forecasting, and budget development for the Division of Academic Affairs.

Chief of Police Regular
The Chief of Police is responsible for overall protection of lives and property at CSU Channel Islands (CSUCI), including satellite sites (i.e., Boating Center, Santa Rosa Island Research Station); preventing crime and disorder on campus; facilitating racial justice; enforcing applicable local, state, and federal laws; enforcing the rules and regulations of the Board of Trustees of the California State University and of CSUCI. The Chief of Police is responsible for oversight of the Public Safety Unit, which includes the University Police Department, Transportation & Parking Services, and Environmental Health & Safety office.
Payroll and Benefits Analyst Regular
Performs a full range of moderate to complex administrative and technical functions for payroll and benefits.
Grant Accountant Temporary
Performs a range of journey-level professional and administrative financial duties for the University, including but not limited to financial reporting, analysis, policy research, development, and implementation. Provides post-award financial administration services in accordance with university policies and procedures and sponsor regulations as well as other third-party receivables and similar.
Assistant Vice President of Research Regular
A member of the Provost’s Academic Affairs Council, serves as the chief research officer and provides leadership in the research mission of the university. Oversees the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) and related units. Serves as the university's primary administrative authority and resource on all aspects of the research enterprise; serves as CSUCI’s Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) and signatory for externally funded and research-related agreements; manages the grants lifecycle for all extramurally funded sponsored projects. Directly responsible for executing tasks related to proposal submissions and award administration and remaining current and conversant on federal, state, private, CSU, and campus regulations governing sponsored project funding. Works collaboratively with faculty, university leadership, faculty affairs, foundation and corporate philanthropy, advancement, corporate partnerships, business and financial offices to foster a robust sponsored project pipeline and ensure compliance with all federal and sponsor regulations and donor designations related to extramurally funded sponsored projects. Provides administrative leadership and support to and serves on various committees related to the research enterprise and compliance.
Associate Vice President for Human Resources & HRO Regular
Provides strategic counsel to leadership on Human Resources (HR) matters including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, HR information management, workers compensation, performance management, labor/management relations, professional development, organizational effectiveness, and Title IX, Equity, and Inclusion. Broadly responsible for developing human resources and Title IX guidelines, policies, and strategies utilizing the campus’s needs, appropriate collective bargaining agreements, applicable federal and state employe laws, and CSU policies to provide consistent and accurate guidance for the campus community. Provides strategic leadership to deliver customer-focused programs and services. Serves as an advisor to campus leaders regarding all aspects of areas supervised. Oversees all aspects of Human Resources.
Collections Specialist Regular
Responsible for all tasks associated with student receivables including duties necessary for the internal and external collection and reporting of delinquent student accounts, aging analysis and reporting, and annual bad debt reporting. Performs and processes daily student account functions to assure accuracy of accounts. Analyzes and resolves account discrepancies. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets student accounts in response to inquiries from students and campus partners. General accounting duties including but not limited to account analysis and reconciliation.
School of Education Budget Analyst Regular
Responsible for technical operations, budget management, enrollment planning and management, and financial analysis and reporting. Works closely with the Dean, Associate Dean, and Chairs in the School of Education performing a variety of complex and specialized administrative and technical duties to support the School of Education.
Police Officer Regular
Provides service and protection to the university community, students, faculty, and staff from accidents, criminal activity, and other illegal behaviors that disrupt or negatively impact the educational environment. Serves as a sworn peace officer of the state and as such performs general and specialized law enforcement duties, conducts investigations, enforces laws and traffic regulations, makes arrests, conducts crime prevention and community policing program activities, and provides information and assistance to the general public.

Program Counselor & Navigator Temporary
Supports School of Education (SoE) department of Educational Leadership and School Counseling and Psychology, by facilitating recruitment and admission efforts, fieldwork placement, and recommendation processes for degree and credential programs. Provides advice, guidance, assistance, and current information to prospective and current students, faculty, and other interested parties on matters regarding the School of Education academic programs, careers related to the programs, program admission and exit requirements, and California State credentialing or licensing requirements. Has full authority to recommend students for their preliminary credentials within parameters established by CTC and the University.
NAGPRA / CalNAGPRA Project Specialist Temporary
Leads efforts to comply with state and federal American Graves Protection and Repatriation Acts (NAGPRA and CalNAGPRA), AB 275/52. Undertakes all tasks required to complete the expeditious repatriation of Native American ancestral remains and cultural items housed at CSUCI in a manner respectful of Tribal sovereignty and cultural practices.
School of Education Recruitment & Admissions Counselor Regular
Leads the recruitment of diverse and qualified graduate/post-baccalaureate students and evaluates applicant files in accordance with the policies and directives of Title V Education Code, California Administrative ode, the California State University Office of the Chancellor, and CSU Channel Islands.
