Channel Your Potential Coordinator Temporary
Performs a variety of general program administrative duties related to day-to-day operations of student success programming related to first-generation professionals and post-graduation outcomes. Supports program with the development, planning, designing, coordination, implementation, reporting, and evaluation of culturally relevant curriculum focused on career readiness to meet the objectives and deliverables associated with the Global Hispanic Serving Institution (GHSI) grant, Channel Your Potential (CYP).
Budget & Operations Analyst Regular
Independently performs and oversees varied and specialized administrative, analytical, and budgetary responsibilities for the department of Information Technology Services.
Project Manager Temporary
The Facilities Services Department has received temporary funding for Capital and Minor Capital Deferred Maintenance Projects that will span over the next three to five years. No permanent appointment will be reached from this position. Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates assigned projects related to project management during planning, development, and construction of major and minor capital outlay and special repair projects, building code reviews, and project commissioning.

Develops and oversees all internal audit functions to assure that an effective internal audit program is in place including the development of an annual plan which includes the consideration of high-risk areas or control concerns identified by management and approved by the President.

Provides overall administration and leadership for all grant project operations including overseeing day-to-day project administration, leading strategic planning, programmatic implementation, project evaluation, and supervising key personnel.

Provides support for development and administration of grants and contracts in conjunction with principal investigators (PIs). Provides a range of grant and contract administrative functions with pre- and post- award compliance heavily driven by deadlines.
