IT Systems Analyst position is a member of the Infrastructure Group within the Information Technology Services department of CSU Channel Islands and is responsible for the design and implementation of VMWare based tools such as: vSphere, VCenter, Horizon View and modern storage methodologies such as VSAN. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for documentation, training, security, and be an Enterprise Systems resource for the campus.

Provides high-level confidential and complex operational, administrative, and technical coordination for the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) including the research and operationalization of special projects on behalf of the VPSA, which further the mission and purpose of the University and the Division of Student Affairs (DSA). This position also serves as a key member and support contact for the Division’s senior leadership team.

The Financial Aid Counselor is responsible for counseling students, applicants, and parents on all Federal, State and University student aid programs and the financial aid process. The financial aid counselor will award aid to students and monitor student's eligibility for all student aid programs. In addition, the financial aid counselor will assume responsibility for one or more specialized student aid areas/programs.
Communication Specialist Regular
The Communication Specialist writes a variety of communication materials intended for all University constituents including students, employees, alumni and donors.
Physics Technician Regular
This position is responsible for supporting equipment and instrumentation for the teaching laboratories in the Physics program.
Student Financials Accountant Regular
Perform a complete range of professional accounting duties, processes and reporting related to student financials within Student Business Services.
Coordinator of Admissions Regular
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment, this position coordinates the team responsible for the evaluation of applications to the University.
Mechanics Helper Regular
Under supervision, service, maintain and repair automotive, maintenance and /or construction equipment.
Accounting Technician II Regular
Responsible for all tasks associated with student receivables including duties necessary for the internal and external collection and reporting of delinquent student accounts, aging analysis and reporting, and annual bad debt reporting. Perform & process daily student account functions to assure accuracy of accounts. Analyzes and resolves account discrepancies. Review, analysis and interpretation of student accounts in response to inquiries from students and campus partners. General accounting duties including, but not limited to account analysis and reconciliation.
