Multiliteracy Outreach & Engagement Coordinator Temporary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing outreach, engagement, and communication strategies to Writing & Multiliteracy Center (WMC) and Learning Resource Center (LRC) constituent groups to enhance campuswide participation in both center programs. Under the supervision of the WMC Directors or LRC appropriate administrator when related to LRC outreach, the role coordinates with campus units and other centers to embed WMC and LRC services, collects data and performs assessments to inform program enhancement. In addition, the role provides training, instruction and publicity regarding relevant technologies used by the WMC and oversees the maintenance and promotion of the multimedia studio. Coordinates Centers’ program recruitment, supports tutor education, analyzes student writing and communication needs to provide academic support, offers embedded support and materials as assigned by the WMC Director or designated administrator, and creates and delivers workshops and oral presentations in established formats.
Admissions Counselor Regular
Recruits diverse and qualified undergraduate students as well as evaluates applicant files in accordance with Title V, CSU Channel Islands, and CSU system-wide policies and directives.
Transfer Success Counselor Regular
Maintains Transfer Success Pathways contracts with community colleges, especially focusing on Ventura College, Oxnard College, Moorpark College, and Santa Barbra City College. Recruits diverse and qualified undergraduate students and evaluates applicant files in accordance with Title V, CSU Channel Islands, and CSU system-wide policies and directives.
Service Desk Coordinator Temporary
The Service Desk Coordinator performs a wide variety of IT and administrative support functions for the campus shared service office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, effective customer service, and efficient coordination between departments.
