Reports to the Provost and is an integral member of the Provost’s academic leadership team. Cloud Forest Restoration Technician Temporary
California State University Channel Islands (CI) operates a scientific research station on Santa Rosa Island in collaboration with Channel Islands National Park. The research station program collaborates closely with research and restoration efforts within the park. This position is primarily field based and supports cloud forest restoration, invasive plant management, and rare plant surveys on Santa Rosa Island to address human impacts from grazing, introduction of invasive species, and loss of habitat.
