• Administers and ensures continuous operation of the CRM
• Train staff team on CRM system, Coordinates with staff in the development of events, and maintain forms in the form building app to ensure appropriate collection of data
• Extract data from CRM, PeopleSoft, and other systems to support operations
• Ensure data integration between TargetX, Liaison, Tableau, Power BI, and People Soft operates smoothly
• Monitor key performance indicators and goals
• Maintain appropriate dashboards and reports to provide clear accessible data to the team
• Identify business practices and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce the time required to enter or update data
• Prepare procedural and training documents to support users’ needs
• Establish rapport with other departments to ensure a sense of collaboration and support
• Collaborates with vendor support services to resolve any issues arising from system updates and improvements
• Develop and maintain Sharepoint sites, Airtable bases, and other resources necessary for decision making
• Build dashboards in multiple systems and, associated data visualization, and infographics to increase data accessibility
• Performs other duties as assigned.


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Project Management experience desired
• Technology Implementation experience required, experience with CRM implementation a plus
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflow and procedures to find efficiencies
• Ability to work with people with a variety of communication styles and a broad spectrum of disciplines across organizational units and within internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas quickly, understandably, and tactfully.
• Proven ability to develop training materials and experience onboarding people to new systems
• Knowledge of Office 365, Power Query, Tableau, Power BI and TargetX is a plus
• Understanding of automation and integration of applications
• Knowledge of and experience using systems and process analysis for documenting current and new solutions.
• Ability to apply consultative skills to assess user needs and communicate technology systems and solutions.

Hiring Range:  $5,416 - $7,083 per month
